I haven’t been able to stop thinking about what happened around the table at our Wednesday evening Supper Club with The Team & Cannes Lions.

Twenty-four women in sport.

Olympic athletes. Executives. Team owners. Coaches. Leaders.

Different sports, different careers, but one thing in common…an obsession with winning.

We were a partner of Cannes Lions festival this year, meaning we did what we do best - hosted two supper clubs bringing unbelievable cool people together.

There were no microphones, presentations, or LinkedIn-style slides.

What we had was 10x better - conversations around what it really takes to perform at the highest level.

And the funny thing was…very little of it was about winning.
